Peggy Dean is an accomplished coach, expert NLP coach trainer, and consultant. She has worked with leaders from a wide range of organizations, both domestic and international. She is recognized for producing unprecedented results in productivity, profitability, and teamwork. Peggy’s diverse experience includes executive roles in public relations, advertising, and communications with a multinational system’s manufacturer; the vice president of a regional bank chain; and direction of programs of national impact such as the National Exhibit on Aging for Smith Kline Beecham.
Peggy has been executive director of the Jean Houston Foundation since 2008, where she directs projects that build leadership capacities for change. The organization works at all levels of leadership, cultures, and continents. It inspires and moves people, in developed and lesser developed countries, to deepen their capacities to create lasting, positive change.
Peggy has an EMBA from Southern Methodist University and a BA from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Board Certified Coach (BCC). Peggy holds the highest level of NLP certification as a Master Trainer. She has served on committees of the International Association for NLP (IANLP) and has served for many years as Principle Faculty for Coach Academy International.
